.SYNOPSIS...Southerly winds in advance of a cold front will
increase today and tonight, leading to hazardous conditions in
Atlantic waters, where a Small Craft Advisory has been issued
through Sunday. Winds behind the front Sunday will likely be
hazardous out of the northwest for all waters. Seas in the Gulf
will build Sunday to 7 to 9 feet, with Atlantic seas approaching
4 to 7 feet, higher in the Gulf Stream.
